What’s Happening in TAS
Year 8 Food Technology students are now more than halfway through their practical lessons. This week, students made gingerbread. A variety of cutters were used to create different shapes. The gingerbread recipe enabled students to use the electric beaters to cream together the butter and sugar first, before adding their egg, flour, and spices. The one-hour lesson certainly challenged the students’ time management to ensure the gingerbread was prepared and cooked in time.
