Year 7 & Year 10 Schools Immunisation Program
Each year, our College provides the venue for NSW Health to conduct the NSW Schools Vaccination Program. Please be advised that all students receiving an immunisation need to register online via NSW Health.
- Year 10 students can register now.
- Year 7 students: The nurses will endeavour to complete catch up immunisations after Year 10 students are finished. If you missed the first clinic, please ensure you register and prepare for the catch up clinic on 23rd May.

Student Information - What to expect
Providing Consent for School Vaccinations
Preferred Method: Online consent through Service NSW
If your child is in Year 7 or Year 10 this year, you can now provide online consent for their routine school vaccinations through Service NSW.
Please note: Vaccination will only be provided at school if consent has been received.

The College has some hard copies of the Year 10 consent form. If required, please ask your child to collect the package from the College office.
A printable copy of the consent form is available below to download and print. This form has already been sent to Year 7. Year 10 families will recieve notification via the Compass App as soon as we receive the printable digital copy.
