The Open Boys Soccer squad competed in the Southern Lismore Diocese Catholic Colleges Cup on Wednesday 21sy April. The boys played 4 tightly contested games throughout the day with mixed results. The team started the day with a game against St Paul's College, Kempsey. After a rocky start the boys settled in well to the game to assert their dominance and end up winning the match 4 - 0. After going down a goal in the opening minute, the boys chased the game for the duration of the match. After some narrow misses and a tough game, they lost 1-0. JPC were the eventual winners of the day. The third round saw the boys compete against the cross town rivals in MacKillop. With another hard fought game, the team were victorious with a 2-1 result.
