Movember

Our senior students and staff at St Joseph's Regional College are actively participating in the "Mo" movement to raise awareness for men's health. The Movember Foundation has successfully used the moustache as a symbol to start conversations about men's physical and mental well-being.

Growing a moustache not only serves as a visual symbol but also provides an excellent opportunity to engage in important conversations surrounding men's health issues, including prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health, and suicide prevention. This initiative helps break down stigmas and encourages men to prioritize their health and seek support when needed.

I ask that, if you are able to, please support them in their efforts to raise funds and awareness for this important cause.
